Gladys Mwadime leads client development and engagement at FIRM, managing the process through which entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, and international investors find and engage FIRM’s services. She is responsible for ensuring that every prospective client receives a clear, responsive, and professional first experience of working with FIRM.
Gladys oversees FIRM’s client intake process from first enquiry through to engagement confirmation and manages the onboarding experience for new clients. Her focus is on making the process of starting, formalising, or managing a business in Kenya as straightforward as possible from the very first conversation.
